    Our knowledge and extensive experience is a great advantage for the customer. We have tailored programs for a wide range of groups. We know what works - and what doesn’t. There are many options no matter if you are looking for something to spice up your event, or more extensive activities.     We arrange transport locally as well as return transportation to your destination. We offer comfortable buses, mini vans and limousines. Or how about a water taxi? Our local knowledge enables us to choose the best option for the individual groups. This is particularly important for groups with special needs. ExpoDeltager

We offer a wide range of event apps that simplify and streamline the event. Some examples;

With EventApp, participants may get their tickets as well as information about the event directly on their mobile phones. They can also communicate with other participants through the app.

Check in your guests using your mobile phone or a tablet. Produce name tags with predefined templates. Instead of printing name tags that are delivered on site, they can be printed directly at check-in. When a guest scans the ticket at the entrance, the name tag is automatically printed and ready to be fittet to a plastic pocket or a lanyard.

Engage your audience! Submit surveys. Enable voting, questions and comments. The engagement is handled by a moderator and may be presented on a big screen.

Feedback and follow-up. Send out questionnaires in connection with the event. The questions may be styled as “multiple choice”, “yes/no” or free text.

The organizer decides which payment options to offer. The app is set up to accept credit card and invoicing.

Card payment is made immediately and money transferred directly into the account. For each payment, you will receive a detailed specification. The card payments are of course encrypted through the PayEx payment portal.

Send out professional invitations through the app. Keep track of how many who have signed up, declined or not responded. It’s easy to send out reminders to those who have failed to respond.

It has never been easier to organize seating. The app is also convenient for managing late cancellations. Place the guests using the "drag and drop" function. You can also choose to seat only a portion of the guestes and leave the remaing seats open.

Convenient Last Minute cancellations. If a guest cancels, the seat is made vacant automatically. You can either fill the space with someone from the waiting list or move the guests around. Seating is administered through "my page" in the app.

This is how it works.
Online store. Choose from a selection of current products and send us the logo. The products are produced and shipped to you as well as added to your individual section in our web shop. The customer orders and pays online. You receive the order and ship the items.

Direct order. You may of course order products directly from us without adding them to our web shop.
