Espen Kirkeberg and Erik Dreier are based in Vestfold. They have more than 25 years experience from the travel trade and event production. Local knowledge, quality assurance, extensive experience and impressive local network provide the foundation for their projects.

Experience and background

Espen Kirkeberg


 

Fast facts: Espen has been in the event business since 1994. From 1994 until 2000 he was employed by Jo Vestly Produksjon, working with artist management and event productions. From 2000 until 2006, he was a partner and producer for the event company Frontpartner.

He established his own company in 2006. Since then he’s been in charge of several high profile projects such as the memorial conference for the terrorist attack in New York, arena producer for the Audi FIS Alpine World Cup and event producer for the "Slave Choir" during the opening of the Norwegian Opera. He is responsible for 30-40 productions each year covering events, video streaming and arena productions at home and abroad.

Erik Dreier

 

Fast facts: Erik has more than 30 years’ experience from the travel trade and event industry. His formal education is based on tourism, as well as economics and marketing from BI. He has extensive experience from the travel industry including; leisure and business travel, incentive travel, campaigns, conferences and events, as well as health and treatment programs for Norwegian patients abroad.

NSB Reisebyrå employed Erik from 1986 to 1993. He was manager of NSR Business Travel in London from 1994 to 1996, and General Manager of Via SpesialReiser from 1996. He established Vigeland Arrangement in 2008, which later changed name to BlueX. Erik is currently chair of the board for BlueX.

Expo Vestfold has an eco friendly and local profile. We aim to ensure environmentally friendly delivery of our services. Sustainability is an integral part of our business, meaning;

  • keep an environmental HSE handbook that provides good guidelines for daily operations.

ExpoVestfold supports the UN's sustainability goals. Our activities and aspirations are based on the above points.

ExpoVestfold is currently drafting a project related to waste management and food waste at our events.

 

Safety


 

Permanent project manager. Your own private project manager will be at hand to assist you through every stage of the event.

Equipment and crew. We have our own equipment and a highly experienced crew. Staff is handpicked for each event which enables us to tailor their experience to our customer’s needs. Logistics will be running smoothly, deadlines are met and expectations exceeded.

Covid-19 regulations. We are always kept up to date with current regulations and can provide our own equipment for disinfection and protection.
